Global option to only show real information (exclude virtual postings)

There needs to be a method to toggle to turn on ledger --real and hide virtual postings. This should be an option on each of the various tabs. For example, I might want to see particular virtual postings on the Balance tab and Postings tab, but the other tabs should enforce --real
