Selection Saving #39

Idea: add capability to save and load (temporarily and or to file) worldedit selections in absolute or relative position (at the exact coordinates where the selection was saved or relative to pos1).

To clarify: This refers only to the defined region marker locations - not the content therein (other commands have already been implemented by regular WorldEdit to do that).

We have //spush, //spop, and //sstack now, but they aren't yet persisted across reboots.
