Improve internal links (again) #119

We should enhance internal links again. They should be bold and not linked if they link to the current page, and encompass the entire word that they are a part of (e.g. [[Test]]ing should link the whole word to the page Test)

I've been playing around with this - I really can't see the problem. I'm going to close this for now - I'll reopen this if someone can reproduce it reliably.
