User pages #132

As part of the grand plan to tackle #107, it looks like user pages are on the cards! I'm thinking of a special page for each user to do whatever they want with, where only that user can edit it, and all it's sub-pages. We'll have to look into granting move & delete privileges to normal users under their own user pages too.

The core logic and a few links to users' pages are done! Perhaps we should add a user list page too.

Done - We now have the user-list action.
