Fix issue where bottom nav is cut off

When sidebar is longer than page, the left nav bar button is hidden. Add rule to default styles to change nav.bottom to position: relative when there is a sidebar present

Thanks again for the PRs! I didn't spot this issue - you can tell I don't test the sidebar as often as I should. I should change that in the future :P

Again, could index.php be removed from the PR please? If not it's still ok :smiley_cat:
