update docs on graph plotting #1593

Hello! I'd like to add GraphRecipes.jl and GraphMakie.jl to the plotting section of the docs. I think it is also about time to remove links to GraphLayout.jl (archived, last update 5 years ago) and NetworkViz.jl (archived, last update 6 years ago).

wait i'm confused, part of this was allready in #1479 which is merged but does not show up in the history of the file
