Custom operations importation from csv files

In a dialog, ask the user to match the different entries with the column number in his csv file. Add the possibility to save the csv configuration so that the user doesn't have to make this matching every time the user uses the same type of csv files

• ask the user if he wants to use an existing configuration or create a new one
• open file in embed text editor to help the user configure
• ask the user the line number of the first operation
• enable the user to match the file fields with our opsView fields
• if categories or tags are detected, ask the user to match those of the files with ours
• if categories or tags are not recognized (typically if using a default configuration), use -NONE-
