Contact form #18

It looks like the content form in both the example and live site are failing. After submitting a contact, this is what occurs.

Method unsupported

You're hitting a valid URL, but using the wrong HTTP method for some reason.

Sorry for taking so long. This should have been fixed by #19. However, old sites won’t just continue to work, they will need to migrate to formspree’s new mechanism.
