Still problems buttons not showing #29

Hi

This continues the closed issue about icons not visible

I'm on latest HA version and latest HACS version using latest harmony card version :) I followed the instructions to replace all paper-icon-button with ha-icon-button and even deleted harmony-card.gz

I still dont have the icons...

I reloaded my resources/ cleaned my cache/ restarted home assistant

Still no icons... I even tried reinstalling the card (no new version available with fix) and replaced all again Still no luck

Is it possible to fix this please and release a new version? so i can do a clean install and hope it works again?
