Stepsize for Volumebuttons? #55

Hi,

thanks again for this nice card. I have one issue with the volume: as volume-entity I have directly my Yamaha-receiver; the buttons and the sliders are working but when I use the volume up and down-button it jumps in 10dB-steps. Is there a setting for how big the stepsize is? I think I read somewhere that 10 % is default from HA, so that would make sense. However that doesn't seem to be modifiable. If that is right maybe it would be nice if there could be a stepsize defined (e.g. like they did on the mini-media-player card). If someone is using a workaround of if there is a solution for this please let me know.
