Preview cosmetics enhancements and jpg instead of tiff

Hello, Thank's for this project ! Few changes on preview :

• cached refresh
• blue background during preview scan
• image mode/settings previewed

I've added the jpeg convertion piped from scanimage too (not sure this is desirable for all). Regards
