Merge with local sources #8

Added parser to read output from scanimage interface. Default values are now taken directly from that output. Scan request is now validated based on values that are supported by scanimage only (range or fixed set). Added support for multiple scanners. Better integration with convert. Some improvements to frontend (modified layout, disabled features not supported by active device, dynamically set up combos and sliders, possibility of selecting scanning source, i.e. flatbed/ADF).

Hi Chusitoo. Thanks for all your work. I'm sorry I haven't merged yet - I just want to take a look first but am a bit swamped with other projects. Will get to it soon!

Hi Sam,

I am happy to contribute to this project because it helped me a lot back when I had an older scanner that offered no wireless scanning feature. I now use it with my newer scanner because I find it has more potential than the web scan feature included with most modern devices.
