is it currently possible to store my scanning settings (source, dpi, ...) persistantly somehow (as a cookie or whatever)?
Currently the settings stay there as long as the browser is not closed. When coming back, all values are reset to default.
It would be a cool feature, to have the settings being restored (or, alternatively, apply a setting set stored on the server side somewhere).
