Add a Contributing Guideline to contribute to the repository! This is a starter issue.

Every repository on GitHub has an exclusive guideline as to how to contribute to the repository stored in the CONTRIBUTING.MD file. Make sure you read this up so that you can contribute here.

Create a new file called CONTRIBUTING.md and update the links in the README.md file

@salman-bhai this is a great starter issue, but I think you should add more instructions maybe? We did something similar recently and it worked great. Here is an example: https://github.com/hoodiehq/camp/issues/47. Feel free to copy away, here is the Markdown for the issue

Hi good job with the steps, i would love to claim this issue please? But I am a bit unclear with the part of replacing "up for grabs label with in progress" as I cannot see any up for grabs label.
