The room maintains a temperature above the setpoint without any mass flow. Thus, the pumps/fans are not running. This is not correct.

Below, the system turns "off" at day 4.

Pump is "bottoming" out...

Problem in the u_m measured setpoint in the PI controller for the FCU fan. The measured u_m should be the room air temperature, but the measured temperature is not the same as the room air temperature.

Relocated temperature sensor from fan downstream port to inlet port (from the room).

Better, but measured temperature goes to fixed constant value when mass flow is zero. This is not correct.
