Add record types for different building thermal zone descriptions

• [ ] Ideal: Create an automated script that pulls parameters from the teaser model and stores in a dataframe
• [ ] If needed: Manually save data (only reasonable for small communities. less flexible for future studies)
• [ ] Create generic TwoElement (first) then other types (OneElement,Three,Four) with dataframe

4E model represents (1) building currently. The relevant parameters should be propagated and stored in a thermal zone record. Then, the building can be easily "changed" to represent different types.
