Description

The beginning of the readme did not contain a link to the Sonatype Central FAQ entry, as it does to all other entries. This PR adds said link.

Thanks in advance for R&M of this leftover from https://github.com/sbt/sbt-ci-release/pull/307. Would it be possible to cut a new release after merging this?

@eed3si9n , just want to ask again if it would be possible to cut a new release? Otherwise the docs are describing functionality that isn't actually there.
