Bintray prefix #13

Currently sbt-jcstress is published under two organizations in https://bintray.com/package/files/ktosopl/sbt-plugins/sbt-jcstress.

Due to a new security restriction we are implementing, we need to set a prefix for the linkage, but Bintray can add one prefix per package. This means that one of them would no longer be liked sbt community repo.

I am going to pick /pl.project13.scala/sbt-jcstress/.

A workaround might be be to move the other artifacts to another Bintray package.
