Should we recruit new maintainers? #82

I am not sure what the state of this plugin's maintenance level is. Assuming @johanandren is ok with the idea, I can create a new GitHub team that can review and merge PRs, release to Maven Central etc like I've done with other plugins.

So it looks like there's already https://github.com/orgs/sbt/teams/sbt-osgi, and https://github.com/orgs/sbt/teams/play-team has access to this repo as well.

Definitely ok with it!

We are no longer using the plugin in the Akka build, and I don't have any personal interest in OSGi, so I don't really have any cycles to spend on this plugin.
