The action seem to have published a 2.2.0-SNAPSHOT and hasn't picked up the version from the latest tag: https://github.com/sbt/sbt-pom-reader/actions/runs/4978233113/jobs/8908408935#step:7:56

https://github.com/sbt/sbt-pom-reader/pull/78 seems to have fixed it.
