Migrate to `com.github.sbt`?

Just wondering if the plugin should be moved to the com.github.sbt groupId, like other sbt-plugins did.

[ ] If so, we need to add an entry in scala-stewards migration config, like https://github.com/scala-steward-org/scala-steward/pull/2447
