Use sbt with launcher fix to deadlocking windows waiting for stderr.close().

INtegration tests pass for Windows 7 for me after thess.

hmm, travis-ci times out while it works locally for me... any other takers for testing?

I say merge it because you are a MANIAC DAREDEVIL.

And nobody else has windows.
