Add Scalatest to the sbt community build #14

Scalatest should be added to the sbt community build. Currently Scalatest is on sbt 0.13.13; there doesn't seem to be an open ticket regarding updating the build to sbt 1.0, yet. See: https://github.com/scalatest/scalatest
