Add a modal/page form for viewing and editing book and comic properties. Also allow selecting new cover images for epubs and pdfs which currently can't import them

This is done. May need more form fields but enough for now. Adds links with library items to edit meta and same screen appears after an upload. Can preview and change covers for epubs and pdfs.
