MEL - Cater for Fahrenheit #14

As a user of MEL A/C's in the United States I want to have temperature readings available in Fahrenheit so I can work with the same units as other local devices and services.

Moved this issue from a Kumo specific project to the ongoing Unified Thermostat Drivers project.

Users have reported issues when trying to use the Unified Thermostat drivers in the US with Kumo Cloud, where temperature readings are 300+. This has now been transitioned from an enhancement to a bug. It will be treated as a high priority.
