MEL Kumo - Authentication POC #23

As an owner of a Mitsubishi Electric Air Conditioner I want to integrate my system into Hubitat, requiring the ability to authenticate with the Kumo service, so that I can issue commands securely.

Steps required:

[x] Setup temporary driver for this proof-of-concept
[x] Include Username, Password and Base URL Preferences
[x] Include AuthCode (Token) as state variable
[x] Call the authentication part of the Kumo Cloud API to authenticate using the UserName, Password and BaseURL

Produced a sample driver for testing by owners of a Kumo-based system. Posted on the Kumo thread here

Just realised I'd ticked all the boxes here, should close this off. I have been able to authenticate using credentials provided by @bikesquid for his system.
