PCVMS - Simplified Setup - Looping function #35

Introduce a looping function in the PC Motion Sensor to take the place of the schedule in Task Scheduler. This will require:

[ ] Update to PC script to include a loop
[ ] Additional configuration setting for a polling period
[ ] Develop a method to stop the loop
[ ] Update to installation instructions to explain placing PC script in users start-up folder (see link below) and configuring the polling period
