When a logged in user visits /users/profile they see their profile which consists of:

Their picture, state, preferred candidates
Whether they live in a state or swing state (also show safeness/swing rank?)
Their FB friends that have signed up for swaps (name, fb profile link, state)
If no confirmed swaps:
- Their proposed swaps
if confirmed swaps:
- Their confirmed swap
- Their (now-inactive) proposed swaps

Part of #37 did a bit of this

46 added the ability to update their profile if there's a problem
