Cluster method is k-medoids, implementation from here.
Distance metric is cosine distance.
Number of clusters is picked based on the average silhouette score.
Cluster radii are 3 standard deviations away from the mean intra-cluster distance (threshold of 10% according to Cantelli's inequality).
