流媒体解锁都是一个dns上游

首先非常感谢作者，增加了一个流媒体的DNS列表，那么在流媒体DNS选项里，我是不是可以理解为，某台可以解锁流媒体的vps，把这台vps设置成DNS反代，然后把dns设置成dns？
