Feature/spring animation

Added a springTo module (1.7kb), much like tweenState, but uses spring physics.

Uses raphaelameaume/lemonade-spring, with the following changes:

• pass in more animation properties to the callbacks (velocity, frame number and acceleration)
• wrap it up in a springTo method, which is the exported function
