Feature added

auto enables code syntax highlighting, if Pygments (which requires Python) is installed.
plus some other fixes (google font prefetch, moved font inline styles)

This approach enables syntax highlighting at build time - no JS libraries needed client side.

This means even users without JS enabled will still see nicely highlightd code.

The default theme chosen in Monokai.

Checklist

[x] separate out the pygments CSS into its own files (one for each supported theme)
[x] enable choose theme via variable setting in .site_config
[x] generate the other theme CSS files (pygments-<name>.css)
