GB-033 |   | 7.4.1 | Para 2 | ed | The phrase “but Annex A introduces a preprocessing for generating relative references” is ungrammatical.

Change the paragraph to read: “...but Annex A introduces a suggested method of preprocessing for generating relative references.”
