Prohibiting italicizing the first use of a term *not* defined in "Terms and definitions" #58

For example,

This is a common approach in US-English publishing that I'd like to keep.

I propose we tell ISO of our intent. In the knowledge that they may well reply that we should add all definitions to the "Terms and definitions clause, we say up front that that clause is only for the core terms, and in a Part of 3,000 pages, that could make the T&d clause very large.

FYI, in theory, all such terms are set using style "Term", so a change to that style removes the emphasis fro all occurrences. However, it is possible that one or more occurrences were hand-formatted to italic, and we can't locate those programmatically.

We'll explain to ISO and ask what alternatives we might have to distinguish the first use of terms.

ISO does not allow this. As a result, we have no choice but to change the "Term" style" to Roman!
