I am looking to work with data associated with the following publication:
Stephenson et al. (2021): Single-cell multi-omics analysis of the immune response in COVID-19
which led me to the current repository. From the README documentation, data is available under COVID-19 PBMC Ncl-Cambridge-UCL from the COVID-19 cell atlas.
However, it seems that the scripts under the Notebooks directory either use different data files than those available from the COVID-19 cell atlas, or use data files which have been re-named. For instance, DA_analysis-symptom_onset - Updated.Rmd loads a basic_COVID19_PBMC_metadata_160212.csv file which I could not find. I've also downloaded all zip files from Array Express.
Your help finding the data compatible with scripts in the Notebooks directory is appreciated. Thank you.
