With the new REST API stabilising in scVENUS/PeekabooAV#194 it is time to see how that affects the installer. Apart from a new package dependency (libwww-perl, aiomysql/asyncmy) we gain freedom to separate AMaViS and Peekaboo: They no longer need to run on the same host or belong to common groups for file access.

With the REST API merged in PeekabooAV proper I suppose we can merge this as well?
