Container images #79

These are the preparatory changes needed so we can have published container images which can then be referenced by the compose pipeline and helm charts in #77. It also cuts down on the amount of changes to review at once.

Rebase and force push to trigger CI again now that scVENUS/PeekabooAV#220 is merged.
