Impact cards needs UI work in project page #149

Clicking into a specific project, the cards in the Impact section are getting the correct values from the database, but need some work on the display/UI. The cards look to be the correct size, but the text needs to be made consistent with the rest of the site and the link button removed.

@ZakGriffith it is working perfectly in my system, I'm not able to get the issue of UI re-adjustment
