Icons in Ballot and List pages #163

We're still using the default icons in the My Ballot page and when you click into a list. This is also the case when clicking Edit Distribution or Add to Ballot on the list page. We need to get the actual project's icon loaded into these places.

List page, List 'Edit Distribution' and 'Add to Ballot' have been fixed in #168.

Only part left is the My Ballot page.
