As I've mentioned on our calls, there are a few things we're trying to improve behind the scenes with how the tokens are stored for syntax trees vs. elsewhere in the ATLAS backend.

• The munro:ve_ref column is the current "canonical" way to do standoff annotation in ATLAS;
• munro:subref_value is an approximate implementation of CTS subreferences (but ignoring punctuation)
• I've populated dv:shortref with data @jtauber has extracted from Logeion and used it for gloss in the screenshots above
• farnoosh:persian_gloss has the glosses that Farnoosh provided in Iliad one UD and Persian alignment together

@gregorycrane If you would please provide the English glosses you'd like to see in the gloss column, I can load them in and replace glosses from the word list widget / Logeion
