Link all cunliffe lemmas

Start with the lemmas that we have in the Treebank

• Mark all those lemmas where Cunliffe cites one of the lines in the current selection [this is most work and has also been implemented already!] Perhaps an asterisk shows that we have a direct link? Or they could be highlighted in some way.

• Mark all those Cunliffe lemmas that correspond to a Treebank lemma, even if Cunliffe does not cite the current passage. This could be the default.

• Mark all those places where the Treebank lemma does not appear in Cunliffe. These might be presented in strikethrough or the like.

@gregorycrane: I worked with @jtauber a bit yesterday to tweak the new "dictionary entries mode":

I still need to tackle #43 and #44, but I think what I've just deployed works pretty well to visually indicate which words are contained in a dictionary.
