Improve passage lemma widget #56

Inspired by:

This will change how we're ingesting and querying the data, and it might make sense to rename the widget to reflect it.

I'll spend some time planning this with @jtauber this week.

I have a set of data updates pending (deployment blocked on a GitHub Actions outage) that fixes the underyling data issue.

I'll verify the data on the call today and then can actually return to implement the other changes requested here.
