labeling which lines are in a treebank page

Add a header at the top to indicate what lines are on the current page --

Users may not realize that there are multiple sentences on the page if they only partially see the first one. I thought that I had jumped from Il. 1.1-2 to Il. 1.8 because I did not realize that the following page had trees for lines 1-7.

I hit next page and go here -- what happened to lines 1.3-1.7? [They are on the first page -- but I did not scroll down!]
