Is there any reason we could not at some point include this in Scaife/Beyond Translation?

Broadly, yes, we could ingest and include this.

A difference between this as a source and something like Cunliffe or LSJ is that the ref elements are using osisRef attrs rather than MODS or URNs.

We could likely map the osisRefs to biblical text textgroups (e.g. https://catalog.perseus.org/catalog/urn:cts:greekLit:tlg0527 and https://catalog.perseus.org/catalog/urn:cts:greekLit:tlg0031)
