Extract and ingest syntax trees for Gibbon Chapter 1 #9

The extraction happens in scaife-viewer/ogl-pdl-annotations, and then we ingest the annotation here.

The extraction is working fine, but I need to do more work to link the trees to text parts.

As discussed in #8, we'll likely want to rework our text part refs based on the sentences extracted via the analysis pipelines.
