Add Glaux treebanks

Load from: https://github.com/gregorycrane/glaux-trees

Where possible, load trees as annotations against CTS Editions published on https://scaife.perseus.org.

Implementation

• [x] Write extractor to prepare annotations for ATLAS
• [x] Add to collection with attributions
• [x] Export metadata and versions from SV1
• [ ] Fix bugs / assumptions from SV1 export process For example, we're loading the passage for https://beyond-translation-dev.perseus.org/reader/urn:cts:greekLit:tlg0019.tlg009.perseus-grc2:1-31?mode=syntax-trees, but we may want to switch to the first chunk when toggling over to the tree viewer (https://beyond-translation-dev.perseus.org/reader/urn:cts:greekLit:tlg0019.tlg009.perseus-grc2:1?mode=syntax-trees)
• [ ] Create bugs for text differences between SV1 and Beyond Translation
• [ ] Create bug for trees without citations
• [ ] Create bug for trees where citations don't match SV1
• [ ] Determine how to deploy and track changes to the trees (Git LFS?)
• [ ] Backfill from Perseus 4 (e.g. https://catalog.perseus.org/catalog/urn:cts:greekLit:tlg0017.tlg001.perseus-grc1)
• [ ] Itemize other missing editions (entry on catalog.perseus.org only, e.g. https://catalog.perseus.org/catalog/urn:cts:greekLit:tlg0009.tlg002)
