Maybe eventually we can even create a project preset that is usable via https://cli.vuejs.org/guide/plugins-and-presets.html#plugins

I think that https://github.com/scaife-viewer/scaife-stack and https://github.com/scaife-viewer/beyond-translation-site are a good start for now; we probably need to improve documentation within scaife-stack and sync any changes from beyond-translation-site back to it.
