Update with latest scaife-viewer/frontend changes #45

Waiting on merges / releases, but want to get all of our bugfixes deployed on SV Mini soon.

@paltman will take a look at the widget padding and remove any "site-level" hacks

@paltman For the padding changes, I think it'd be easiest to do whatever you need to do in scaife-viewer/frontend and then bump the package versions on the frontend-updates branch:
