One from scala-ide/scala-ide. It's needed for approval for contribution for our team.

Actually, only the core is licensed using the Scala license. The other plugins are licensed on Apache 2. I don't mind adding a LICENSE file, but the current license is already distributed, inside feature.xml.

Ok, sorry, I didn't know to look in feature.xml.

For us it's ok if it's there, if you want a separate file in root dir with it, I can update PR, otherwise I'll close it.
