Support for scalajs #7

Porting to Scalajs would allow people to use this library both in frontend projects and in serverless projects, such as AWS Lambda functions. Scalajs has reached a good level of maturity according to the latest developments. Scala native can be added at a later stage, in case.

@massimosiani I am not a scalajs developer, but I am more than happy to start working on this if you could help me implement it.
